As many people these days are building websites to share their interests and inspirations, I thought I'd do the same.

I have many Interests in life, I play the the Clarinet which I have been playing this since I was 12 years old and had my first lessons in the Instrument at school, I have recently rediscovered the Clarinet again and so have started to teach myself and blowing away any cobwebs from the basics I already know.  I am also taking the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) music theory exams.  Outside playing the Clarinet I also love to listen to Classical Music, I love most of the Classical Music around but am more passionate about Baroque, 18th Century and early 19th Century Composers. Listening to Classical Music is probably my biggest passion.

Outside music my other passion is Fellwalking. I am a member of the Ramblers Association and also a member of our local group (Barrow Ramblers Club). We take walks every Sunday in the Lake District National Park and sometimes take the odd walk in Yorkshire. I really adore walking in the Lake District, I find it can get rid of all of life's stresses and disturbances that trouble your mind. I am also undertaking a personal task of walking the Cumbria Coastal Way which is a long distance "Right of Way" and is roughly 150 miles long.
